A project management tool

The NeoConsult delivery model was developed according to International Project Management Association (IPMA) guidelines. The model is also enriched by our experience in delivering systems to large organisations.

We build these core competences through internal training and carefully chosen external courses that lead to IPMA certification for our project managers. At the same time, our project managers participate in a variety of projects both in Denmark and abroad, and continue to build communities of practice so we are sure to maintain our consistently effective delivery and process model.

The IPMA model suits NeoConsult deliveries because it is flexible. With IPMA, we can easily incorporate relevant portions of PMI, PRINCE2 or other customer-specified tools.

In addition to IPMA, we develop new tools for project management, certification and quality assurance of our deliveries and services in order to meet customer needs for formalised deliveries.
